Metal Ring Gasket is make by forge, heat treatment and machining, It is a kind of gasket which used in pipe flange, pressure vessel, high-speed joint surface or high temperature and high pressure cover with oil and gas inside. Metal Ring Gasket can keep good sealing performance with pressure and temperature changed. Convention can be different with section to Oval-type and Octagonal-type. Standard R-type Ring Gasket is followed API 6A and ASME B16.20 standard size. RX-type suit for increase pressure and the design is used in 15000PSI pressure system. It has many material and kinds of size to suit different design and situation.
Warning: The hardness of the material should low 15~20HB to the flange and suggest not to reuse.
Note: choose material hardness should be lower than the flange face 15 ~ 20 hb. Suggest not to repeat use.
